We only use 11 natural ingredients and don’t have any fillers, refined sugar or heavily processed protein powder. Our bars are a high fat, low sugar (only 6 g / bar) alternative to all the sub-par bars out there. All of our bars are handmade with love in North Vancouver, BC.

Because we were sick of boring, unhealthy, so-called “energy bars” not delivering on their claims. The Grind Bar was created from our founder David’s desire to get the energy he needed for his daily hikes up the Grouse Grind in Vancouver, BC, in a natural way.
David was so committed to creating the perfect bar he started experimenting with medicinal herbs until one day he found Industrial Hemp, which was the key ingredient David was looking for. It helped him stay focused, overcome anxiety and fears that were holding him back, and keep his muscles and joints feeling great. Combining Industrial Hemp with all natural, organic ingredients, the perfect energy bar was born.
